July 28, 2016PLSA is proud to announce that the Crest Urban Apartments by Murfey Construction located at 4021 8th Avenue in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego is now officially open for leasing! Pasco Laret Suiter and Associates provided complete land surveying, civil engineering and water quality design services for the 4 story, 35-unit multi-family residential building with a rooftop deck and covered parking area encompassing the first level. The extent of our work included the design and modeling of a Bioretention BMP on the project’s southern corner to ensure compliance with the City of San Diego’s evolving stormwater regulations and requirements.
