PLSA is capable of providing full service consulting, surveying and engineering design services for local governmental agencies including municipalities and associations as well as utility, fire and school districts.  We currently serve as a consulting engineer to the Santa Fe Irrigation District and are also an approved consultant for the County of San Diego, City of San Diego and Port of San Diego.  Past municipal clients include:
