PLSA maintains a water resources division knowledgeable in all aspects of storm water conveyance and treatment as well as potable water and sanitary sewer design.  Our team is trained to constantly evolve with the ever changing state and local storm water regulations and our technical expertise and experience allows us to consistently provide efficient and cost effective potable water and sanitary sewer solutions.
